Pyloripalooza

In June 2019, we went to the Pyloripalooza meeting held in Kidder Creek. While there, labs from the West Coast and Mexico that work with Helicobacter pylori presented their projects, data and future perspectives. Manuel gave a talk about visualizing H. pylori’s secret hideout, while Mar presented her project about reversing the polarity of human gastroids to study H. pylori colonization of the epithelium. It was a beautiful environment in the middle of nature to talk about science and enjoy each other's company. We shared ideas, protocols and lots of fun. Also, we had the possibility to play Laser Tag!
